Was Batsta's character stronger then kryptonians because that final scene
him verus clark it looks like clark was strugleing like he was weak.

I doubt it, I'm sure Clark would've fought back, not sure why he didn't though. Aldar was pretty strong, possibly stronger than Clark. He has been alive longer, meaning more fighting, which means more experience.
