How much of a Wuss will/was Clark be????

Clark's development has taken awhile, but I'd rather have it this way. I'd rather let the writers show us how difficult and intricate Clark's journey to his destiny is. I agree, once Clark becomes Superman, Smallville is over. The writers have always said that this is the story of Clark Kent before he becomes Superman. Of course they are going to drag that process out as long as they can in order to keep the show going. However, it appears that the handwriting is on the wall for Smallville. If I'm not mistaken both KK and MR have indicated that year 7 is their last year with Smallville. If there is a year 7, and that looks pretty positive, that is when Clark will really move toward his destiny.

I can handle the waiting more than losing the show.
