I also think that the was surprised of the kiss from Lois!!!! He never ever thought that Lois will kiss him ( the green arrow)! In Clarks face we can see that this kiss was also good for him. Maybe everything comes together: the kiss, the surprise....

I think he experienced an adrenaline rush. He just pulled off his plan to throw Lois off of Oliver's tracks, he saved her, and got a kiss. Whew, that's a lot of action, even for a powered up alien superhero!
