Ok, I thought about this more, While Parker was raped the the radio was on and it was club Flush, with is the show that Murcer does. So he has an alibi. Logan couldn't have been with him cause he was at his house when Dick showed up.

So either Logan was at the radio station before Dick came over or he is lieing.

Logan is Mercer's alibi for the summer rape, not Parker's rape. Here is a breakdown of the rapes:

Rape #1 - Dawn - the Hawaiian girl was the first rape that Veronica knows about. She found her in episode 2.16 while she was investigating Stacey's rape.

Rape #2 - Stacey - the girl raped during episode 2.16. Veronica clears Troy of the rape charges by finding the previous rape victim.

Rape #3 - Nancy - she is protesting at the take back the night rally in episode 3.1. She clearly states that she is protesting so that other girls are not raped like she was, plus she's got the shaved head. SHE IS THE SUMMER RAPE. Since her rape occurred after 2.16 and before episode 3.1, her rape is the most likely to be classified as a summer rape.

Rape #4 - Parker - raped at the end of episode 3.1, while school is in session, since Veronica was already attending classes and Parker was a freshman.
