It was actually pretty funny to hear Clark say it.

He doesn't say Momma X-Ray. It sounds like it, but he says "Mom" repeatedly. It just came off sounding that way because of TW's voice and how the line was delivered. I watched it again just to be sure, and he does say "Mom". His voice just lingered on the "M" in mom to make it sound that way.

Hmm, I'm not sure yet. I think this was said by either Lana, Lex, or Lionel. I'll find out which one said it and what episode it was from so I can find the next line. I actually am starting to think it was Chloe from Truth. I'm almost certain of it now.

Hmm, a tricky one. The obvious choice would be a line from 'Splinter', but I think it could be Helen to Lex in an episode.
Maybe 'Visage'?

That reporter, "Ms. Castle" says it to Lex, but I can't remember the episode. I'm pretty sure it's from season one though.

Either that, or Paul says it from Precipice. Then Lex says, "No, I'm just a strikingly good judge of character." Or something like that.

Hmm. I could have sworn I watched the episode where this was said. I think Lana said "Call an ambulance" in Fade after Lex was attacked, but I think the above was said by Clark. I don't know.
