This was one of my favorite episodes as well. It plays into so many fears within the psyche. And asylums are just creepy. Plus, this episode brought one of the most heated and intense confrontations between the brothers.

This was a good episode but not one of the best, I thought.
I would pay to know what Sam said in the shrink's office though, about Dean!
I really loved how the girl ended up being the kick ass one and the boy was whining and frightened. That was so great.

The confrontation and revelations during the fight and how Sam shot Dean were very interesting. I love the way the whole scene was acted.

This episode is awsome.Liked the plot,how sam turned on his brother and it freaked the hex outta me because it felt like a real movie
