The emotional roller coaster that is Clana

The Clana roller coaster won't ever be over until at least the episode Requiem in season 8, which will make this relationship redundant, repetitive, over stretched and played out to a very fine line that it gets to that point where we are so desperate to passionately bring on the Clois because we are so exhausted and annoyed with the elongated one sided yo yo that is Clana.

Not only that but made Lois seemed like second choice, it seems like as soon as Lana reappears, it's Clois out-of-sight-out-of-mind. When Lana leaves though he goes back to Lois. It never explains WHY he chooses Lois over Lana. It seem as though whenever Lana is present he'll never get over her.
