Fearsome monsters Godzilla and King Kong square off in an epic battle for the ages, while humanity looks to wipe out both of the creatures and take back the planet once and for all.
A decent film. Still, it seemed to be missing something. No Charles Dance. The main actors didn't seem to carry the movie like they should have. The little girl who could talk to Kong was the best part of the cast. Humans had a lot of advanced technology and large structures built for this time period. It seemed as weird as "spacemen" in the old Toho movies. I may have liked that better. A lot of boring exposition and the monster battles seemed short. Where were all the other Titans? I'd have to give it a grade: C. That's the best that I can do for this movie.
OK, a bit of humor. There was one redeeming quality about this film. Godzilla and Kong both got a chance to destroy Hong Kong. After the wonderful gift the Chinese gave the world in 2020...who wouldn't be cheering for the monsters?
