Comedian, actor, director and screenwriter Carl Reiner has passed away aged 98. Reiner worked on Your Show of Shows, created The Dick Van Dyke Show, co-wrote and directed Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid and The Man with Two Brains. He was also the father of Rob Reiner.
