How does Savitar know about Reverb?

I know there has been speculation about one of the members of Team Flash being Savitar. If he isn't, how could he know about Cisco's Earth-2 doppleganger?

We don't know how the speed force works especially with dimensional jumps. Remember Barry's first foreay into Earth-2? He saw an image of Supergirl on Earth-38 before he met her.

Maybe if you're stuck there long enough you can learn a lot.
