Should SuperGirl Bring in Chloe Sulivan ?

I wouldn't mind a passing mention of her name, but that's it.
Snapper Carr could snap at Kara and say something of this effect while holding up a rival newspaper: "Kara, you need to step up your game. some reporter called Chloe Sullivan just stole the scoop from under your feet!"

Bonus points if the newspaper is called the Torch. It would be a nice smallville shout out, without bringing in any characters. Like how they mentioned Clark and Lex's friendship, which was a nice shoutout to Smallville.
