Loved It? Hated It? What did you think of "Welcome to Earth?"

This episode was a bit too heavy-handed, although Kara managed to give Jimmy one of the least awkward pep talks I've heard on any of the Berlanti shows.

I didn't realize there were non-Fort Rozz aliens on Earth outside of Clark, Kara, and J'onn. How did they all get here, and when did they come? It's interesting that this show is to aliens what The Flash is to metahumans.

Stuff that didn't work for me: Jimmy, Montoya, Snapper, Lena, Alex, the villain, most of the dialogue

I also echo other posters' thoughts that the Renee/Alex storyline...
