It was interesting but I felt a lot of it was just spinning our wheels, I guess?

The May stuff wasn't that suspenseful because we knew she'd pull through.

The stuff with the EMPs was kind of interesting (loved the stuff with Phil's hand!) and watching Fitz go 'old school' was fun.

Daisy and Robbie's interactions felt like they went nowhere. Daisy and the little brother (Gabe?) also seemed rather cliche.

I did like Phil's quip about how everyone knew about Ghost Rider (and Yoyo gets the name check? Huh. Wasn't expecting that.) except him.

The best thing? SHIELD is back, people! Nice.

So yeah, not a great episode, felt more filler-ish than anything.
