  • Superman Easter Eggs in "Adventures of Supergirl"

    What did YOU find?

Here are a few I saw:

    - Reference to Lex Luthor and the earthquake - from Superman: The Movie.

    - Miss TESSMACHER!

    - Statistically speaking, flying is the safest way to travel.

The wink Superman gave the kids after saving them during the drone sequence! Very Silver/Bronze-Age-ish!

Why not? Even if it's Clark making a reference to the catchphrase, it should still fit.

Back to topic, some more classic elements:

        - "This looks like a job for the both of us." - Kara to Superman during the plane sequence. Another nod to the Bud Collyer radio days (and the 1966 animated series), where he would say, "This looks like a job..." in his higher voice, then drop down and say, "...for Superman!" (Kara also said, "This looks like a job for Supergirl" back in the episode "Stronger Together.")

        - The last bit of dialogue between the Super-Cousins? Kal: "Up, up..." Kara: "...and away."

        - Possible, but not sure: Hank mentioned Project Emerald, one of the few missions he and Superman worked on together - whereupon they found a meteorite in the desert. Could that have been in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where said object was found in the 1978 movie?
