Who knows, though unfortunately for now the movies effect the show and not both ways...so, what ever is the big bad stuck on that planet is will only be acknowledged on the show like how Coulson is only "technically alive" on the show and not acknowledged in the movies.

Guess we will see eventually. Maybe they will wait for Civil War to release before we get any real answers.
