Im thinking this season is kind of the delayed future of when we saw time travelling Dean and there was a bunch of zombies and sam controlled by lucifer. they just delayed and changed how it happened but didnt change the outcome.

On the edge of my seat....if this truly is the series-end arc (probably going two seasons) then this is epic. I loved Sam's prayer to God about Dean deserves more....

yep and at the rate she seems to be growing it won't take long
