Zoom's eyes.

A few days back, FlashSite posted a clip from tonight's episode which showed Zoom with glowing blue-lightning eyes, but in the episode they were a hollow dark black.

Do you suppose this is just a last minute effects decision? Or do you think that the light or lack-of in Zoom's eyes is indicative of something else? His power level, perhaps?
