I gave it a 6.

I like what they're trying to do with Regina this year (and I enjoyed OutlawQueen), but I hated that the Curse was recast, again, with modifications made to the town line.

They've done this SO many times that it's honestly not interesting/surprising anymore. Hence, my rating.

Aside from that, I enjoyed the rest of the episode once it got moving.

Overall, I enjoyed this episode. So far, it appears in the process of trying to save Emma, Regina may have sent her on her dark path by first pretending to be the 'savior' and second by making her use magic to save Robin. However, it could be that Emma fully took on the darkness as a way of saving everyone. Maybe she knew that being the Dark One would prevent her from freeing Merlin but Regina wasn't ready to do it either. In order for Regina to become the 'savior', she has to overcome her insecurities and doubts that she can be the savior. And, the only way to do that is by immersing her in battles until she and everyone believes it.
