From what I hear, from Youtube's Emergency Awesome, he is still going to be called Jay Jackson but, the character is The New 52's Jason Rausch.

Actually, I'm pretty sure he's still "Jay Jackson." Jason Rusch already appeared on the Flash.

And yeah, that was in a trailer but it was quickly removed from YouTube. Oops!
