Something i Noticed in the Finale

i had to actually go back and watch to notice this, but when he was running into the future scenes with killer frost etc, the scene where he was in the prison, i assumed it was just the normal present day stuff where he would be talking to his dad using the phone, but if u notice closely, he is wearing the prison clothes, and is talking to someone from behind the glass inside the prison...hmm flash arrested?
