Did Oliver/Diggle actually kill all those assassins (with the exception of one that Oliver knocked out) when they were storming Nanda Parbat? Not that I have a problem with it....but just curious.

Or is this just another case of suspension-of-disbelief?

According to Guggenheim, they're all alive.... but considering how often the showrunners have lied for one reason or another, I personally think they did. That one who got shot with the fiery arrow has to at least have severe burns....
