The person Raina was talking to? Possibly the Unspoken. The former leader of the Inhumans. Maybe the whole Skye getting separated from her parents and the village burning was part of the Unspoken being dethroned by Blackbolt.

Thanos or possible the Kree supreme intellgence. I think Garret went nuts because he was connected to the Supreme Intelligence, Coulson went crazy but has his mind wiped to stop further craziness but his memories are coming back so..., Skye is immune to going crazy because of the alien blood because she is Inhuman.
