Just a thought, but I think Rumple might be the scarecrow already - his mind seems a bit fried. So someone has to lose their heart. which to me means Zelena will kidnap Henry at some point, this stealing Emmas and/or Reginas heart. It's hard to think that anyone but Emma will be Dorothy, but I believe there is a slim chance that Belle could fill the Dorothy role.

BTW, loved the Oz symbolism - the farm house, the bicycle with the basket on the front, the storm cellar. Fun stuff to look for in the future.
