As we now have Tess' mind in Lex's and they play quite a part in SVS 11 I thought it a good idea to open a thread on them.
Personally, I am truely happy to have both back. And Tess so close to Lex is great. It seems to me that while Tess is not all that pleased to be in Lex's body - but it is better than dead - Lex is indeed quite happy to have her. Not only did he always wanted a sibling around, he must know by now that he himself set her as CEO of Luthorcorp. Her odd hostility towards him stands in stark contrast to this fact. Did he know that he was a clone before she told him?
Another question: did Lex develop the toxin or was it developed before he put Lionel in prison and took Luthorcorp?
