Yes, there is a resemblance between them. Isnt Species about a girl created with alien dna that goes trough a mutation and starts killing men trying to mate? After the scene where Lisa 2 (Laura Vandervoort) kills Tyler, I don`t want to see something like that again. Still recovering from the shock. I wonder what Laura Vandervoort`s boyfriend thinks when he`s with her. Maybe he asked: Ur not an aligator from out of space, right? LOL
