How did Chloe get inside to the JSA Brownstone?

Last I checked in "Absolute Justice," she just walked in, but how the heck did she get inside without Courtney or Carter at the door? Hmm...

Obsidian isn't yet guarding the bronwstone and even then Chloe could hack herself to anywhere.

But most likely it's because the plot required her to get in there so she did. Like in "Masquerade" where the plot demands that Chloe and Oliver beat up FBI agents...so Chloe turns into a fighting machine out of nowhere.

That was just during the Geoff Johns run. Outside of Geoff, Obie's been out fighting bad guys. So, the guarding thing wouldn't even be present in the SVU.
