What is the best 22nd episode of the series?

It gave SUPERMAN fans what they wanted. Sadly, most SMALLVILLE fans were left horrendously disappointed and disatasfied.

I think the problem was they were trying to please both sides and the result was very uneven. They tried to retain that Smallville was just about Clark Kent so the Superman aspects weren't present (not even a clear shot of Superman). Then they obviously wanted to appease the Superman crowd by making Lex Luthor forget his memories destroying the character. They wanted Lois and Clark to have a wedding ceremony...but not get married. It's crazy really. The Finale had it's moments but after rewatching it still ends up sucking because all the awesome stuff is build on a foundation of suckiness.

So I'd take season finales like Salvation, Commencement and Phantom any day.
