Out of all of these, I will probably grab Fortune first for a rewatch - I love that there was so much comedic fun, and it clearly looked like it was a fun episode for the cast to film.
However, for story arc build-up, I really think Conspiracy hit it out of the park - I knew what was coming at the end (Zod's flight off the roof), but it was such a great cliffhanger, trying to figure out how Clark would solve the issue of handling other super-powered Kryptonians on Earth, especially ones that didn't share his values that these powers are to be used for the good of mankind, not to conquer. (And I really liked that Smallville was mirroring current comic continuity (the New Krypton series) since I was just starting to get into that media version of the Superman story.)
