There is another gem that gets lost between the misspell and see right through me lines.

RW Clark: You never admit when I am right even when I call you on it.

AU Lois (after a pause and while backing away form Clark and keeping him at arm's length with the pipe): Why would I?

I think this speaks to one of Lois' inherent (and endearing) character flaws. Her inability to admit when someone else is right and she is wrong.

This for me is simply the most iconic and epic line they have had Clark deliver in a LOOONG time on this show.

It has the power of what the comics always tried to bring across in their delivery. The writers of DC (for my 30+ years of reading them) have always made Superman so over the top.. because he IS Big Blue.. the one! The end all and be all of ALL superheros is Superman. And he has throughout the decades delivered iconic lines like this with the believability that makes him Superman.

And Tom Welling was simply FANTASTIC in his delivery of this line.

i laughed my ass off because for that one second i thought he was talking about lear jets and how he got there, not a shakespeare play lol

And the bantering between Clois in the hospital..

"what are these for?" she smiles and they start walking.

Although I've only seen a clip of this, I think it is a great couple of lines and so well done. I can't wait for Season 10 to come to the UK.

Yeah did you notice he looked at the camera during that line. Kind of a nod to how John Glover wouldn't want to miss how the end of the series turns out. Also, think that would be funny if that line were directed at Michael Rosenbaum like in other words "hey rosey you'd be a fool to miss out on this, get your but to Vancouver"

Interesting idea I personaly thought that lionel means the end of series as well
