I recently purchased this from an auction. It's from Heroes and Hayden wore it as her character Claire.... They are Juicy couture brand ballerina slippers and they are marked on the bottom. The only problem is even watching quite a bit of heroes, I can't exactly remember an episode where ballerina shoes would be worn by Claire. If anyone could help, it'd be more than greatly appreciated!
