probably a lot people don't like this new season. they probably wanted it to end with season 5.

That was probably due to the release of Deathly Hallows.

No I'm sorry the ratings were actually 2.03 million viewers. Sorry for that mistake =P

The numbers might take a hit when Fringe moves to Friday.

I don't think the show is in trouble though. The Monday and Tuesday shows are doing much worse.
