Only report of pre-emptions is from one person who lives in a smaller city. As far as I know all the big cities(NY, Chicago, LA) got it

yea if it was a small market i doubt it will affect sv overall ratings at all. Now if it wasnt on in ny or chicago key markets then yea i could see the episode getting a low rating. But i am sure we will be in the 2.6-2.9mill range. We will see in about 50mins.

way I look at it 1M households = roughly 25,000 viewers which basically will drop the rating by about 0.025M

This guy usually one of the firsts to get numbers but Matt usually beat him by about 10-15 minutes for Smallville

Since this is a ratings thread I will post this in here

Gordon Ramsay’s KITCHEN NIGHTMARES Turns up the Heat Friday, Jan. 21

FRINGE Travels to Fridays Beginning Jan. 28
Not sure if that good or bad for Smallville but it not so great for Supernatural

well i doubt kitchen nightmares will be much of an issue for sv. Different demo/target audience. As for fringe probably not good for spn. Probably wont affect sv since it will be on after it. But since those are in late jan. They might have a few episodes aired before smallville returns from their winter break.

Wiki is reporting 3.18, not sure if that's accurate.

                          Hopefully at least 2.5.

Even though Kitchen Nightmares might do slightly better then repeats of House, I have to agree it not really in competition for the same audience and actually might help out SV who could potentially pick up a few House viewers. Fringe might also help out SV in the sense that people who stay home to watch Fringe might tune in to SV to kill an hour

yea could be good. But then also it doesnt really matter to much where sv is since its the last season an all. But i do hope the episodes do stay in or above 2.5mill for most of the season.

Not bad, ratings are really good this season

The demos are what counts, and #2 for the night is awesome
