There are a lot of things that I don't like about Chloe's characterization this season but I definitely don't think she's narcissistic, she has never been IMO. She may be a little over confident but not that much.

That fact that Zod is narcissistic is one of the reasons I love him as a villain

I think Chloe has a touch of narcissim(sp?), but overall I'd say Zod takes the cake on this one.
