Ok in the future present Peter killed future Nathan. Now that Sylar killed present Nathan Peter can't kill his brother anymore which mean that future never happend. Peter should be relived he was'nt the cause of his death. Nobody knows he did that either.

That was because he went to the future to meet with future sylar and before he went to the future, future peter told present peter that sylar can help present peter so present peter went to future sylar and asked for his ability, present peter gets future sylars ability but before he could do anything he is captured by future nathan, it is there that future nathan is killed by present peter it was because present peter couldnt control the hunger so when he gets back to the present the first thing he does is go to present sylar and asks him how he lives with his hunger.
