If Michael could use John as a vessel because he was apart of Dean's bloodline, couldn't Lucifer had done the same thing, seeing as how John is also apart Sam's bloodline?

no, for two reasons

1) John would have to say yes, which he'd never do

2) if even if John did for some mad reason say yes, Lucipher would cause the apocolyse and therefore stop his own breakout plan and so would still be trapped in hell (nice lil paradox really)
