No he didnt, he looked gorgeous, and good gawd his body was fantastic.

He was an ex NFL football player and was built like a rock. He was just under six foot tall and Chris Reeve and Brandon Routh were both 6'4" and Welling is about that size. I just thought his lack of height and his high pitched nasal voice made him a poor choice.
