There's a fellow who posts the score only audios on YouTube. I'll have to do some research on it to get the links to his vids later. I discovered it by accident when he did the one with the background music in Stiletto, during the phone call. Maybe he's done some for this season.

My favorite music was when Lois was talking to Clark Kent about the Blur:
Lois Lane asks Clark, "Clark, do you have any deep, dark secrets?" and Clark asks Lois, "Do you?" Then this beautiful music starts, I do not know the name of the music or who plays it, but it's beautiful and sad at the same time.
The music starts with Lois saying to Clark, "Last year when I was talking with the Red-Blue Blur...for the first time in my life I was doing something that mattered and I wanted to work with him, because we did such good things together. But then I started to realise that I wasn't just doing it to save people. I was doing it for me." And the beautiful music ends with Lois saying, "I just wanted to be with him." Erica Durance did a good and emotional part along with the music. The music made me cry and so did Erica.
To me that was the most emotional scene for me with that beautiful music. Who played that music? Then Lois goes on to say, "You don't understand. I have never had this connection with someone before. Now that I have this connection, I don't want to go back to the ways things were. This is embarrassing to admit: I don't want to be alone, anymore."
This scene with the music was so touching, this is Erica Durance's personal best from Rabid. This is my favorite scene and favorite music from Smallville's Rabid. I could play this scene and music over and over again.
