If it goes to series, V will premiere Fall 2009 on ABC. Confirmed stars for the series include Elizabeth Mitchell (Juliet from LOST) as homeland security agent Erica Evans, Morena Baccarin (Firefly) as the diabolical Visitor Anna, Joel Gretsch (The 4400) as Father Jack Lowery, Scott Wolf (Party of Five) as reporter Chad Decker, and Laura Vandervoort (Smallville) as an alluring Visitor named Lisa. Many other fine actors - including Morris Chestnut, Logan Huffman, Lourdes Benedicto, and Alan Tudyk - have already been announced.
The concept of V revolves around aliens known as Visitors who come to Earth claiming they are here for peace. Some follow them and believe what they have to offer, not knowing their true intentions. If you haven't seen the original miniseries that was the original V back in 1983, you're really missing out on something great.
