I'm really into Buffy the Vampire Slayer right now so my two favorite TV couples of the moment are Buffy and Angel (their relationship is so much more pure and real than Buffy and Spike's ever was - if ever there was a relationship) and Willow and Tara. Their love will stand the test of time.

I'll admit to enjoying seeing the highs and lows of the JD/Elliot relationship on Scrubs, but Barney/Robin from How I Met Your Mother is probably the closest I've ever come to being a 'shipper'. I just thought that was a great storyline, and the charcters were a natural fit. As I said in the HIMYM thread, I was disappointed when they broke up after only about 7 episodes. There were alot of funnny stories that the writers could have got out of that pairing.

Also, while it was only implied (heavily) that their connection was a romantic one, I loved the idea that the Doctor ran into his future wife River Song, before he had actually met her, in Doctor Who. Their interaction was great over the course of those two episode, [SPOILER]and I look forward to seeing the two meet again in a few weeks[/SPOILER].
