don't let that deter ya. I've been told that they've already taken promotional shots and such. Just because it's not mentioned on T.V. Guide doesn't mean the WB isn't banking on the show

According to Dark Horizons, the WB has ditched both Dark Shadows and The Robinsons: Lost In Space.

I just sifted through their website but could not find any reference to such an announcement there, could you please provide a direct link to where you read this on their site ?

From what I read on LIS there just now , I'll comment that their info on LIS is second or third hand and not the most reliable...

If you show me a concrete posting on Dark Horizons regarding The Robinsons Lost In Space I might be able to confirm or refute it for you , subsequently perhaps shedding a some light on the credibility of the DS rumor there as well.

Please provide a link to this announcement on Dark Horizons?

        Thanks,

        Mike

Nevermind - I just found it mentioned on their site.

It's presented there as rumor , not as fact.

        The Jury is still out.

...there is no official word on this. It's all rumor and wishful thinking at this point.

Indeed, it seems that the WB is suddenly moving away from these types of shows and more towards drama.

I've heard stories from lots of little birdies. :-)

Unless your little birdie is going to speak officially then it's just another rumor.

                    It's Official

                    Subject : It's Official

                    Mike and Ray --

"The Robinsons: Lost in Space" will not be seen on the WB this fall. The inability to sign a top-flight show runner before the "up-fronts" in NYC next week will keep the show on the shelf, at least for the present.

The WB is still very keen on the series and will work with Fox and Synthesis to find and hire a qualified writer/producer in time for mid-season.

As far as Jon and I are concerned, we'd rather do the show right -- or not at all. The WB's decision to wait until we find the right creative partner is a smart one.

                    Regards,
                    Kevin
